Six months ago there was one tenant in the new Phase II of The Cascades, a master-planned community offering office/warehouse opportunities for local and national corporate clients. Today it is almost 70 percent leased with great prospects for the remaining space.
Companies recognize the central location along Sam Rayburn Tollway, just 15 minutes from D/FW Airport. Hilti, who has relocated their corporate office to Legacy in Plano, is opening a retail shop in Building 8 of approximately 6,000 square feet and will sell high-end construction materials. The Tile Shop will be the west end cap of Building 8 and will take 15,000 square feet. Verona Marble Company is a high end Italian marble slab company that will be the east end cap of Building 8 and will take about 9,000 square feet.
Corporations are taking advantage of the growing economic climate we have in Texas. Six Months Smile is relocating their corporate office from New York and taking the other half of Building 9, approximately 12,000 square feet, where Zackat is currently located. This company is similar to invisalign and has a great reputation with dentists. Titan’s Orthopaedic Sales, a joint replacement distributor, is taking around 11,000 square feet of space in Building 10. Ventanex will take 14,000 square feet of Building 10. This company is a 3rd party processer of bills, invoices, and other mail-served documents.
