Homewood Suites located in the heart of Grandscape is the latest recipient of a Business Improvement Grant (BIG) from the Colony Economic Development Corporation.

Managed by Tamara Price, Homewood Suites provides a “home away from home” for both corporate and leisure travelers with stainless steel appliances, full-size refrigerators and pull-out sofas in every room.

The hotel features an outdoor heated pool, gas fire pits and indoor fireplace in its spacious and luxurious lodge. The state-of-the-art fitness center has a Peloton bike, there is an onsite laundry facility, and pets are welcome.

BIG was established in 2018 to help local businesses improve the exterior of their facilities by offering annual matching grants of up to $2,500 for signage, facade, landscaping and other visual upgrade projects. Businesses can receive one grant per year.
